— Best Events — Draguignan, Var —
A wedding in Provence, cooked where you celebrate.
Best Events is a caterer and wedding team from Draguignan, in the Var. Our partner venues in Provence are wine estates, châteaux, Provençal country houses and a former convent, and our chefs cook at each of them.
Chapter I · The short answer
Provence, for us, starts at our kitchen in Draguignan and extends to the western Var, the Bouches-du-Rhône and Haute-Provence. A Provence wedding with Best Events is built around the table: chefs who cook at your venue, and your own wines served with no corkage fee.
A turnkey wedding starts at €60,000 including VAT, for about 80 guests, with the venue, food, service, furniture, coordination, DJ, flowers, photography and videography in one budget.
Below are our Provence venues, area by area, then how the day around the table works.

Dinner outside
Every venue on this page has outdoor space for the ceremony and a long dinner under the stars.
The date
Saturdays from May to September are the first dates to go. If one of them is your date, say so on your discovery call.
Chapter IV · One house, one kitchen, one contact
Six hours before your first guest, the team is at your venue: the kitchen is installed, the furniture goes up and the tables are set. The chefs cook there, not in a central kitchen to be chilled and reheated.
One server looks after every fifteen guests, for seven to ten hours depending on the menu. The next morning, the venue is handed back with nothing for you to take down.
Coordination is part of the budget: our fee is 10% of the total, and one contact deals with the venue, the florist and the DJ. The full budget and the four steps from first call to wedding day are on our main page.
